WHAT IS CHICKEN FRIED STEAK?

Fried chicken slice is a thin beef steak in which slices are cut.

WHAT STEAK SHOULD I USE?

Most people use cubed steaks because they are really soft and can be fried, but many steaks can be used, but they must be cooked to make them easy to pierce with a fork.
You can also find pork made with ham. The method of preparing them is almost the same as the fried chicken, hence its name.

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

This is my favorite recipe that was developed a few years ago. If there are any square slices around, this is a good way to use them. This is a fried steak recipe you’ve dreamed of.

With a square meat recipe, it should be silky and served with perfect crunchy brown leather. It started with Cubic Steak because it reduces some of the bid.

You will not believe how good you are in grill meat. I prefer the steak because it was cooked with fish. This way, every bite of snacks breaks down easily.

THE BEST BATTER FOR COUNTRY FRIED STEAK

Tip: to make a delicious mixture, you can make crunchy and delicious skin, start with a milk bath! Ingredients such as hot sauce and hot Worcestershire sauce can be added to the meat before adding flour to add other flavors!

This flour bread is very dead! The factors that really make it stand out are:

  • Flour (for this purpose in general)
  • Cornstarch – whenever added to fried bread crumbs, it adds an incredibly crisp feel!
  • salt
  • Garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • Hot spices, hello!

Ingredients

For the Steaks:

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 4-5 cups oil for frying
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 4 cube steaks

For the Gravy:

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken or beef stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots or onions
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • pinch cayenne
  • Optional: Ground pepper and parsley for garnish

Instructions

For the steaks:

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk, eggs, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, pepper and hot pepper.
  • The steak is dipped in milk and seasoned for at least an hour. (Two hours preferred).
  • Dip the steaks on the sides of the seasoned flour mixture once, then in the marinade, then in the seasoned flour, and finally put it on the baking tray. Put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Add oil to a cast iron skillet or skillet and heat the oven on medium heat.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  • Once the oil becomes hot and ready, fry the steaks on each side until golden brown. Strain paper towels, then put the steak on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, then put it in the oven when you put the broth.

For the gravy:

  • Pour a quarter cup of fried oil into the central skillet.
  • Add the leeks or onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
  • Next, stir the flour and cook in the meat ball (imagine a light brown color). Cook until brown (but not burn).
  • Milk and broth are added to stir, heated to a high temperature until boiling, then lowered to a medium-low temperature until thickened until the back of the spoon is covered.
  • Turn off the heat and steaks on the steak. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley and served with mashed potatoes as needed.
