This is a healthy easy recipe for you too! No sugar is added and even has the Chia seeds in it!

Aren’t they beautiful? You can make brunch Bar arrangement with yogurt type and fresh fruit. People can make their own by filling the yogurt in the oatmeal cups and toppings with their favorite fruits. Isn’t it fun in the bathroom or for Mother’s Day?

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds can be left out
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add the wheat, applesauce, honey, Chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl and mix until combined.
  • Spray canned muffin with cooking spray.
  • Evenly dispersion mixture in 6 cans of muffin.
  • Use a finger or spoon to press the mixture to the side and base of tin Muffin.
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes.
  • Allow to cool on the muffin cans for about 10 minutes before using a butter knife to remove the Oatmeal cup.
  • Allow the cup to cool completely before filling with yogurt and fruits.
