INGREDIENTS

The ingredients here are simple and straightforward, most are common ingredients in refrigerators/supplies.

  • Try chicken breasts using thin chicken breasts, cut them in half (butterfly), or crush them. Cook thin chicken breasts faster, more evenly, and stay softer!
  • Cream Cheese – Be sure to soften it so that everything fits together nicely.
  • Colby Jack
  • mayonnaise
  • Bacon – you can pre-make it and store it in the refrigerator or freezer, or buy pre-made bacon. Once I’m ready to use it, I’d like to warm it in the microwave or frying pan to make it nice, pure, and fresh.
  • green onion

Substitutions:

Chicken – you can replace chicken breasts with boneless chicken thighs and skin or tenderloin
Cream cheese – light cream cheese can be used
Colby Jack – If necessary, you can use a cheddar mixture or a Mexican blend.

HOW LONG TO BAKE CHICKEN

The key to getting this soft and juicy chicken is roasting!

The internal temperature of the chicken breast should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once it begins to heat up, it will become tougher and chewable.

So I recommend cooking with thin chicken breasts. It can make chicken heat faster. When the chicken breasts are thicker (or even normal size), it takes longer to cook outside to make the medium.

The best way to get the perfect chicken is to use a food thermometer. You can buy them cheaply in most supermarkets, grocery stores, and even Amazon. If you don’t have one (or want it), then you shouldn’t do it, just focus on it to make sure you don’t do much.

Cooking time may vary depending on oven size, power supply, climate, height, and chicken breast thickness. I’m going to share some best practices to get you started.

Cook this dish on the middle rack of the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. It usually takes around 35 minutes to complete.

Average range 30-40. The only way to know the exact expiry time is to use a food thermometer, but you can cut it in the middle, and if not, check to see if it is.
