Keto Lasagna Skillet (low carb + one Pan) ~ Recipe

I put this idea into practice for a while. Before she really looks like a lasagna, I don’t want to share it. My friends, it tastes like lasagna, and it’s so much easier! How do you make a low carb lasagna?

 

Most low-carb lasagna is made in a casserole like traditional lasagna, with many layers of meat and sauce, ricotta, cheese, and zucchini slices. Then we bake the casserole until we get golden and champagne. This is a good way to replace low carbohydrates, but due to zucchini, this dish is very watery. Even low-carb lasagna ketones are difficult to maintain because many ingredients naturally contain carbohydrates, and these charges will soon increase.

My Keto Lasagna fries cut a lot of work out by combining them all in one pan. No layers, no slices and zucchini sweat to try to remove the water. This is much easier!

The start of this dish is frying the Italian sausage in a heat-resistant dish, just like a cast iron frying pan. Drain and add chopped zucchini, chopped spinach and French fries. This step cooks a lot of water from the vegetables.

Then add a low carbohydrate seasoning and bring to a boil. When the lasagna base is cooked, mix the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic and mozzarella cheese in a small mixing bowl. Then we put the cream cheese mixture and put it on the meat and vegetable mixture. Chopped cheese and toast on top!

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 cups low carb Marinara
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound ground Italian Sausage
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

For the Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 2 cups spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat a 12 inch moist pan (like a cast iron skillet) over medium heat.
  • Italian brown sausage, filtered oil and fat. Add chopped zucchini and chopped spinach and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the fly begins to wilt.
  • Add marinara and low-carb meat soup.
  • Stir the mixture well and cook over a low heat for 6-8 minutes until some liquid evaporates.
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, spices, green onions and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread the mixture over the meat with a spoon, then put the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let the dish rest for at least 5 minutes, then let it rest for a while.
