This satirical version of Longhorn’s famous Parma-dry chicken recipe looks like the restaurant! From delicious seasoning to crunchy parmesan crust. Get ready to make this simple recipe every week!

A recipe for centuries is the way to my heart. Grilled Parmesan Chicken recipe is my favorite in my list. (This is stuffed white cheddar mushroom.)

When looking for recipes with similar flavors, this is not surprising for my family. Remember when I shared how to make homemade ranch sauce? I originally made spices for this recipe. I highly recommend making spice ranch because it’s simple and easy to use, but if you already have it in the fridge, start there.

It started with a very tasty marinade, which undoubtedly made the previous chicken marinade worth the money. Let’s start working..

Well, put it on the unparalleled crunchy creamy crust of parmesan. * Please drum roll * 🥁 …

Vanilla cheese like this replaces buttermilk ranch seasoning in Parmesan hard-faced fillings and is also very tasty.

Can you put it on the steak? Yes.

Can it be placed on pork chops? Yes.

Can you drink it as a beverage? Yes. Um … better not.

Of course, you can prepare this chicken on the grill, but for the chicken that is open all year round, I like roasting. I have a strong opinion about the deliciousness of grilled chicken.

How to Make Perfectly Seared Chicken

  • The cast-iron frying pan has very good thermal conductivity and is very suitable for use in roasting meat.
  • The medium and high temperature can well burn, it is important to use a high smoke point oil (like vegetable oil, low rapeseed oil or peanut oil) to prevent the meat from burning.
  • Avoid stirring the meat while cooking, or else it will destroy the beautiful, burned skin formed.
  • Cut the chicken into thin slices with butterflies, then whisk it into thin pieces to make equal-sized pieces. This will make it cook evenly and faster.

Baking the Chicken Breasts

If you prefer roasting chicken breasts in the oven instead of the stove:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 ° F.
  • Find an oven-safe dish that will hold the chicken (this will keep the chicken moist).
  • Gently add butter to the plate and add 2 tablespoons of water to the chicken. Bake for 15-18 minutes (15 thin chickens, 18 thick chickens).
  • Make sure the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  • Add the Parmesan crust and increase the heat to 450 ° F. Bake for a few minutes until the top becomes golden brown.

Substitute for Provolone

Swiss and Mozzarella cheese can replace Bravolon in this recipe.

– 1/3 mozzarella and 2/3 Munster cheese are closer copies.

  • If necessary, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken.
  • Place the pickled chicken together in a new freezer bag. Close the air and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Cut the chicken into thin slices in a hot pot on both sides. Do not move when the chicken whispers, otherwise it will hinder the golden color of the chicken. If the saucepan is too hot, reduce the heat to medium. It takes 3-5 minutes on each side.
